Per-minute rates apply to all usage in excess of the block. Unused minutes do not rollover to the next month. Toll Free service, international calls, operator-assisted calls, and calling card calls incur additional charges. KITCARSON Long Distance must be designated as the in-state (including intraLATA toll) and interstate long distance carrier on all lines subscribing to the Plan. Service subject to automatic term renewal, the term renews for successive like periods at the renewal term rates, terms and conditions then in effect, unless KITCARSON is contacted and services are cancelled within thirty (30) days of the end of a term.
